PROJECT: MASSAGE
 
  1. MORNING AFTER GETTING UP AND BRUSH GO OUT WITH MALAI AND MASSAGE WHOLE BODY
  2. MALAI IS NATURAL MOISTURISER AND GIVES GREAT ENERGY
  3. THEN COME FOR READING AT CENTRE.
  4. DAILY READING OF 30 MINUTES WITH EXERCISE OF PRANAYAM 50 TIMES AND YOGA 5 MINUTES
